ETRAGZ is not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, or misplaced during the shipping phase. In such cases, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number for further assistance.

Ordering the wrong size or changing your mind after purchase does not qualify for a refund. Any return or exchange attempted without approval will be at the customer’s expense and will not be reimbursed.
